Foam. How did I not think of foam? This is a much better idea, please ignore my previous post. Except the part about the Slender musical sounding great - that part still applies.

I was going to say foam as well, like the stuff florists and flower arrangers use, or even packing foam, assuming you're going to cover the underside of the chair with some evil looking fabric. Can't wait for the Slendy video! :D As long as people don't see the lost dog sign and actually start searching for AJ's sister's dog...

Man Peter's sleepiness is so real, lol. Well Mark is back in CA so that's good news :D And the song sounds great, can't wait to see the video to tie it all together. And to go along with Aiden's advice I would try a layer or two of foam board on the underside. It was hard to tell in the video, but it looks like there may be some space under there where you could slide a couple of layers in there without it being visible from the sides.

Slender sounds great; I'm definitely looking forward to it.
Regarding the spiky chair, you could try putting something flat across the top rungs (I'd probably try a thin piece of wood, but cardboard or even a layer built of black duct tape might work) so then you could drive the nails through both layers, giving them two points of stability instead of one and effectively shortening them by a couple inches.

That musical is not turning out how I imagined, and I am very pleased!
Also, having worked HVAC with plumbers, you'd be suprised how easy it is to get a license without knowing crap!!
