I've added onto it, so this one has an upstairs with balcony and several restrooms, downstairs on the ground level floor still has the dining area, piano and microphone, and bar.
The lower level floor (basement) has a large dance floor with a stereo and residential wall speakers. It also has a bedroom and an extra bar.
Of course, to make it liveable, change it to residential and then put in the sim(s) of your choice, and then change it to nightclub.
Then you can enjoy them being the live-in owners.
