General Patreon Update

First, due to Apple's new policy requiring Patreon to use their in-app billing system, supporters using the Patreon iOS app will see a 30% increase in the price they pay. This adjustment is necessary to cover the tax and fees Apple imposes on companies for using their platform.
Additionally, Apple is now requiring all creators to adopt a subscription billing model. This change is already active on my page. It won’t affect current subscribers, but new supporters should be aware that instead of being billed on the first of the month, your payment will now be taken on the same date you subscribed each month. For example, if you join on the 15th, your payment will be processed on the 15th of each following month. Unfortunately, this is beyond my control.
In other news, I will be retiring the $1 support tier. Many creators have adjusted their entry support levels due to inflation and other factors. I’ve resisted this change for a while, but with $1 now holding less value, it’s time to update.
Those currently on the $1 tier can remain at that level, but I’ve introduced a new $3 entry tier for future supporters. While I understand that some may not wish to pay this amount monthly, I believe that given the content available in the game and on this site, $3 is a fair value. There will be no difference in benefits between the $1 and $3 tiers.
I encourage those on the $1 tier to consider switching to the $3 tier to continue supporting my work. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to assist you.
