There will come a point when the various story lines start to intersect. And yes, this series (be it book, show, or game) is very horny. Very very horny.

2025-09-13 05:33:58 +0000 UTCI liked that reaction, but this is definitely a series where you do not want to try guessing what is going to happen. It does not fit into the familiar stereotypes and you will be wrong 95% of the time. It comes from a series of books that has it's own definitions of reality, monsters and races. The different numbers of Kingdoms and what they are up to - and which ones hate magic and Witchers and which ones do not - that unfolds as the story progress's. This is not one of those series where you can say "Oh, okay - so that race is the Klingons/Dwarves and that monster is the orc/werewolf. Although they do have elves and dwarves, they are not the same as the "lovely clean traditional" variety. For example, the Witchers are not heroes, they are seen as outcasts that perform a necessary function if a monster needs to be removed. Henry Cavill plays the role excellently. I would definitely just enjoy and react to this new world rather than try to guess what might happen next based on past concepts from other stories that do not apply here.
