The cop didn’t get demoted just because he’s wearing a uniform. There are obviously different jobs. If you notice, Carver DID get promoted. That’s why he has stripes on his sleeve. Even tho he’s in uniform, patrolmen report to him. Everything is not black and white or off and on. Multiple things can be true at the same time. Carver IS wearing a uniform. Carver DID get promoted. See, it’s pretty simple. Change the way you think.

U 100% right. When it 1st dropped it didn’t make sense cause we was looking forward to all street ish.. but it will all make sense and all be connected in some how some way.
