Huzzah! And here we are: Version a0.07!
What's in this update?

- Day 5 Hoss, Sal, Orlando, Dean, Tyson

Building on what was available in the public demo, these guys get some scenarios that build on who they are, or at least were when the MC first met them! They are however locked to their routes, so if you want to see them all, I recommend creating a save before the partner selection as a hub to create multiple saves from. Choices will matter as far as getting you affection points later down the track.

- Minor spelling correction

This is related to the note below about the delays. I've started going over the script from the demo and tweaking things so they're more in-line with American spelling. Granted, that's partially because I couldn't get the UK dictionary working, but at least there'll be consistency

WHAT'S MISSING IN THIS BUILD?

Honestly I managed to scrounge some placeholder backgrounds for a few scenes although expect them to change (much like how I say that about any of the backgrounds until they're actually drawn in). That said, Tyson is missing a couple of sprites on his route, but they're minor and will more than likely be stealth patched sometime over the course of the month as I prepare the ones I'll need for Roswell's next update when we get around to it. Additionally, Hoss isn't using his new sprite but will have at the very least a new shirt (the vague idea of which might be guessed by what happens in his route in this version).

WHY THE DELAY GRIZZ?

So the original plan was to get a build up every month. That is still the plan, but the excuse this time is that trying to find a job, along with porting over to a new coding editor program thingy made things take a little longer. But big thanks to Maodun who put me onto a non-sucky program to do my code in, so I can at least be more efficient in how I do it now. Bonus is the in-built spellcheck.

PLAN FOR NEXT BUILD

Those with access to voting will get to decide on who the first character will be to get the first route development. To be clear, this is akin to a Password level event similar to what Roswell went through in the demo. If I can get it working, I want to have a compendium on the main menu actually working; a place that houses the passwords and other character information as you unlock it to give some indication as to what level of completion you're at. It's a stretch, but it's something I'd like.

That's a worry. I did a run-through and it was storing the pie types just fine. I'll give it a quick look! Dean's clothing thing... That's a first I'm hearing of it but I'll look. Thanks for reporting the errors!

A few errors: - on day 3, you are given the choice to visit the vault or stay in your room. If you visit the vault, the background doesn't change back to your room when you're supposed to return to it. - on Dean's route, there are some wrong sprites (clothing-wise) when around the pool. - Orlando's route seems to have a few scripting errors in general. I assume you're trying to save the previous choice of pie, but something is wrong there (line 2102, 2109, 2118 in Day5.rpy). - Orlando's route crashes when switching to the movie scene (label RDay5Dinner not found in Day5.rpy, line 2305).
