nah i made mashed potatoes, mushroom sauce, broccoli and fish. problem is, my uncle doesnt like tomatoes, my other uncle doesn't like onions, bit of a nightmare to make something work LOL

I think that makes your throat worse 😬 put fresh ginger slices in hot tea for your throat!! It’s really nice to hear about you visiting your family and how much you love them, especially grandma. Also idk why I remember she said your spaghetti was mid lol did you make her better pasta? (Penne alla vodka?) Also I understand the food safety ignorant family lol. Iron stomach gang!! Anyway I listened to this after taking two sleeping pills so the melancholic music with your voice is lulling me straight to sleep 😴

2024-11-07 03:56:53 +0000 UTCI always seal up my bathroom and get it as steamy as possible from the shower running. Sometimes with some form of menthol like eucalyptus. I just sit in there and do leveled hums, from the lowest tenor point in my throat, to the higher point in the back of my nose. I hope that made sense 😂
