You saw the public announcement, filled with HOPE and BELIEF despite the WORLD BEING ON FIRE.
We've got a new build for y'all - and it's rad!
Some things to keep in mind, whether you're a new player or a long-time Dog Fan:
- Gates open about 90 minutes before boarding time. If your dogs aren't there, you need to bend the fabric of time. If you've bent the fabric of time properly and they still aren't there, you've run into a bug, and I'm sorry. Send me an email.
- The three airports in the game are the Marinara Trench (no, that is not a typo), Phobos Regional Airport, and Beachwell. Travelling between them will go great, and give you a nice encapsulation of the final Dog Airport Game experience. Going elsewhere would be... Bad. I'm not sure how bad, but it'll be bad.
- You can use an Xbox controller, now! That feels revolutionary! I hope it is not deeply broken! I'll stop being excited about the thing that's probably broken now!!
- Using items incurs effects. Drink sodas to advance time. Drink coffees to advance even more time. Drink a giant coffee in conjunction with other drinks if you want to endure the full consequences of your sins and miss every flight you ever had. Stay tuned for more things that do things, because we're sure adding 'em.
- There's now a Safety Dog in every airport, who will give you rare, unique rewards (based on the theme of your airport) in return for bringing him dangerous items. Please give him a pet. He's working very hard for you, and I love him.
