2024-04-15 18:58:14 +0000 UTCWhen Handong recorded Deja Vu, the note she hit with 'pain' was at the very top of her register. She had to push for it and it probably did hurt. I've noticed that when she sang that part in a recent concert it was effortless. She has improved so much that she can reach an even higher register now.

2024-04-15 18:48:39 +0000 UTCI love content like this, but I know a lot of people aren't really interested in seeing how the sausage is made. I love this channel https://www.youtube.com/@bookishtheories because her analysis of Dreamcatcher MV's has taught me a lot about Korean culture. There's also the Wonderwall series on the making of the seven solo songs from the Apocalypse: Save Us album. Not easy to find these. This one is Sua making No Dot https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrI_FddgbwI&t=0s This channel has all of the episodes and the subs are auto translated, but I was surprised at the accuracy of the auto translate. https://www.youtube.com/@ApanhaSonhos7642/videos

2024-04-15 18:23:40 +0000 UTCI watched these a few weeks ago and loved both of them. I'm also a big fan of these types of analysis videos. CatchingTeez has another Dreamcatcher related video called "How Dreamcatcher Revolutionized Girl Groups" that's also worth checking out where she dives into how they shook up the industry with their sound, concept, and unusual path to success. There are several other videos in this vein floating around YT for Dreamcatcher. Mera (the lady who did the Dodging Disbandment Video) has one that's about their cinematography in the music videos. It dives into color theory, shot composition, framing, and a bunch of other cool concepts to illustrate how DCs MVs have evolved overtime. Here's links to these and one more by SperpentIris - KPop Songwriting Links - How Dreamcatcher Revolutionized Girl Groups: https://youtu.be/yvFFi2mUlwQ The Cinema of Dreamcatcher: https://youtu.be/afePvtQkBLc The Evolution of Dreamcatcher and their sound: https://youtu.be/yM_MQc2idtE
