If you want to see behind the scenes content just dive into their "I-talk" series. There is an official playlist of it on their channel. Pretty much any meme, funny video or whatever compilation fan edits are from these. They start with debut/pre-debut, so you can see baby I-dle. There are also vlogs (from 2022 onwards) called I-logs which are really nice. And sprinkled in from time to time there are "hashtalks" which are also behind the scenes but much shorter. Probably from content that didnt make it into the i-talk's or is too short for that. If you are looking for newer content that is not available (freely) on Youtube, send me a DM. They had two seasons of "A giftbox for I-dle" on a paid service which was a very fun and well procuded variety. Links get removed from time to time, so i dont want to share in a comment.
