Cleaned up and tied-down most of the sketch details, and moved things about to fit a bit better. I thought the balance of the number of characters was a little off as well — with Katie not appearing as much as the others — so I added her to the last panel as well, reacting to the punchline alongside Evan.

I still need to figure out what to do with their arms in the first and last panels. Simple answer would just be to have their hands on their hips, but I’m trying to find some other simple pose that works, if possible. Once I’ve got that figured out, I’ll post another preview with the outfits and such.

I've got the arms figured out, and their outfits sketched up. The next update is likely to have more edits to the overall flow and layout to give it a bit more room to breathe. Then I can go on ahead and get it all inked and rendered up!
