Use the corresponding pose for the right morph (standing/laying back).
Use Collider Editor to disable Thigh colliders, and Contortionist to unconstrain the torso.
Oksana is pictured using the Francene texture set and extra stretchmark decals very subtly placed on the lower belly.
Have fun! You can make her really damn fat and she still looks great. More crazy body shapes to come!
