Add alcoves to cut-stone walls

These niches will add visual interest to your lair and give you a place to store fancy armor, treasure, or undead monsters waiting to strike.
Like all the cut-stone separate wall releases I've done recently, I've included the s2w bits for dungeon stone so we don't have to backfill.
