Cut-Stone Arched Doors

Beyond that, I added the missing parts for dungeon stone to be able to do wall on tile arched door corners via s2w, and as each release in cut stone happens, I'm adding in the dungeon stone corner segments so that we don't have to go backfill with other releases.
