Dwarven Halls Low Tiles

Dwarven Halls as a collection is something of a side show, drawing less attention than tile sets like Dungeon Stone, but inside the Dwarven Halls set, we have a tile that has recieved more votes than any other tile in OpenForge history - the low wall set. I've had something of a mental block on how to achieve this, and even attempted it once before but I just was not happy at all with the results, and so scrapped it. This time around, I think I managed getting these tiles down to low the right way.
