December Voting

I've continued to rework the voting a little. I've now entirely separated the standard tile sets (dungeon stone, cut stone, ruined stone, tudor, city streets) from the thick wall (mainly underground) tile sets (cavern sets, dwarven halls, sewer when we get there). Most months, I'll take the top vote getter from both and make that into two of the releases. If I have something pressing that I want to get out (like say the initial pieces of a new set to get it up to usability) I may only do one that month.
After the end of the year, I may do more major rework of the polling.
