Cavern Entrance

Evan has something a little different for us today! This is a set-piece for a cavern entrance, featuring the exterior with some large dilapidated pillars, a rune drawn placard and cave etching on the entrance, and rocky inside of the cave wall. This piece was designed with the intent of addition some additional mediums to it. The ground is purposely untextured (flat) so you can flock, glue sand/gravel, or whatever you might wish (or just paint).

You can see from the example pic, he painted some vines on there, flocked the outside, and glued/painted some sand on the inside. This item is natively scaled pretty large, so scale in your slicer to suit your needs (example in painted pics above is scaled to 75-80% but in renders with mini it's at 100% scale). Mini in pic is reaper bones for scale.

File is offered in split (A & B) sections or complete. Split version is not ideal due to no good spot for a visible joint, but exists for those who need it. Model prints supportless.

Grab the files on Thingiverse and let us know what you think in the comments!

A reminder that his Kickstarter, The Skyless Realms is wrapping up this week.

Comments

Yes please! I love multi-use items. Can be part of a dungeon when playing D&D, but also can be used as scatter terrain when playing Warhammer.

Let me know if you would like more of these type of general-usage "set pieces"!
