April Update (Next major video and beyond)

 Hey everyone!

 Apologies for the slightly delayed update. Last week was my 30th Birthday and I celebrated in a way that you actually might see as a short video. As a result I'm briefly in London where I'll be seeing friends and family while working on some scripts before heading back to the suite to get serious with my next video.

 And what would that video be? I hinted at it before, but I'm now happy to reveal that it's about something I've always joked about doing, something I've always wanted to talk about, something that would naturally follow a bunch of video game content-

 It's Frasier. 

 This has obviously been on the cards for a long time. I had the idea a few years back and finally started putting in the work last year, and given that I'm moving through a finished draft I'm hoping this will finally come together soon as the next major video essay. But this isn't just a Frasier retrospective. There's a slight twist to the way I want to cover this, and I'm hoping it'll still be a nice surprise to see how I've decided to tackle the subject. It's a really fun thing to create and fingers crossed you'll see it at the end of May or just over. He'll be listening.

 But this won't be my only video. I still have some behind the scenes on the Jak video I need to assemble as well as a commentary on a very old project from the vault. I don't think it's bad to reveal that Sly trilogy commentaries are also starting to happen and will slowly make their way out between projects. The possibility of other short videos is also still on the cards so keep an eye out for those too!

 I also just want to put out a very quick word for the sake of posterity and say that I have made some very exciting developments vis-à-vis the Marvel Project.  I know this is taking its time as just a script and I promise to go into more detail soon to explain why that's the case, (it's really about planning for every aspect of production as much as even having a script) but I spent a good chunk of this month getting very serious to completing some huge drafts, and I think I have something approaching the status of 'very special.' I'm really hoping and praying that the bit that needs the most attention right now near the end can be completed sooner rather than later, and that I can finally confirm what you're going to see. It is an incredibly personal, far reaching, experimental thing and I am desperately trying to get the word out before the year is over. So, apologies for making you wait, but know that it's still taking shape, and that you'll all know what it is in the near future. For all those who've been supporting this and are still contributing to make it happen, I want to thank you again. Really hope this does your support justice.
