"retrospective" or "commentary" streams/Q&A?
Added 2019-02-08 14:38:22 +0000 UTChey all, had a bit of an idea for a kind of stream i might be able to do during the creative slump.
was thinking that in each stream we could go over a couple of old releases (i'll be picking 'em out) and do commentary and Q&A regarding it. i figure as we come up to it being 10 years since the launch of the 'lapfox' name it would be interesting to revisit some older work and talk a little about the process, how i feel about it today, what my goal was then, etc.
let me know what you think!

Sounds cool to me. I always missed the previous streams. It would be cool to learn more about how the magic happened

2019-02-09 02:19:28 +0000 UTCi won't be doing this, it'll just be ones i choose - there are certain projects i simply don't want to revisit for personal reasons, usually surrounding trauma and whatnot that i continue to work through. it's not something i'd deal with publicly.

2019-02-08 14:56:29 +0000 UTCThat would be awesome. I'm a sucker for this kind of thing. Been following since ~2008, so I'd love to really get to know some of your older works.
2019-02-08 14:48:52 +0000 UTCI'd love that! Hearing your point of view about your works sounds super interesting. Hell, I still listen to your older works once a month

2019-02-08 14:44:35 +0000 UTCLove this idea! I’m always really bad at catching streams when they’re actually live, but if it was released somewhere afterwards I’d watch it 100%. There’s always so many little questions like “wonder why they did this that way” or whatever, I think its fun to learn the real behind the scenes stuff for artists I’m really into. Plus it’d be interesting depending on how far back you go in your catalogue to hear how production has changed from ten years ago up until now.

2019-02-08 14:41:47 +0000 UTCI think that's a lovely idea! As an artist myself it helped me a lot in my earlier years to see the inside perspective of other artists that inspired me.
