It's like looking through (but not stepping into) a time warp into one's past memories of beloved, but forgotten things; places, tastes, sights, sounds, moments, experiences. The other side is never truly clear, but provides just enough in pieces to remember the innate feelings those old things brought you. It's not a wave of nostalgia, but a twinge of brief, faint rediscovery as you pass through each element, comprised of tiny things and little moments that weave a tapestry of lovingly remembering the past while running towards the unwritten future.
