2nd for this ^ In the midwest, there aren't cities as much as there are small towns where there might be ~10 people into that scene in any given region.

There's plenty of people in my area that enjoy different types of electronic music, but I've not yet met a single one so far that is big into hardcore techno, rave music, etc.
