2018-04-06 17:18:22 +0000 UTCWell, there's always an off chance that he'll have a moment to let something sink in, but I've always found that pressing the issue, when someone doesn't understand what I perceive to be a clearly communicated, is generally for naught. The person will or won't get it independent of my restating it, unless of course it really is badly communicated.
