Midnight Paradise - 0.9 Mod Update

- Updated all walkthroughs with new 0.9 content
- Added in-game trigger for Tanya's 0.6 Extras scene in her office at evening/night. The in-game mod triggers for the 0.7-0.9 Extras/Elite scenes will come later this month (for realies this time ^^) in a special game update.
- Added cheat to the cheat menu to set morality to high or set morality to low
- Contains bugfix for Tanya's name showing incorrectly in a new 0.9 scene
