Mythic Manor - 0.13 Mod Update

- Updated all walkthroughs and guides with new 0.13 content
- Updated cheats and moved the cheat menu so it's now in the mod menu toolbar

Ah that's the strippers at Velvet Desires, Faye & Misha. I think there was a reason I didn't include the strippers in the guide but I forgot what that reason was lol. I should be able to add them to the guides next update. Just talk to the characters at the strip club and you'll be able to see the scene.
