Also yeah, I find it so weird that they're talking about Fisher Tiger freeing slaves as if it wasn't 100% a GOOD THING... Oda, what are you doing with this...

It gave her the chance to move on, it means she'll never have to feel the same way Boa Hancock and her sisters felt about the marks on their backs. It replaced it with something hopeful and positive for her. Admittedly it could have backfired horribly, but well. It's still better than having to hide her back in fear of being taken back to Mariejois. And nobody's gonna be like "oh no! she's part of the Sun Pirates!" She's a human. At worst they'll think she was a prisoner of the Sun Pirates, or even a slave to THEM. But I think she's much more likely to be proud of the mark. I have faith in her. She's a strong little kid, she's a survivor. God, I just love her so much... Is it weird to say that she's my favourite part about the Fishman Island arc? xD A human kid? oh well...
