This ability comes with the cruel side effect of erasing the transformed person from everyone's memories, and it also permanently stops her own aging. Sugar's seemingly innocent appearance belies a mischievous and ruthless personality, as she diligently protects the secrets of the Dressrosa underworld for Donquixote Doflamingo.
