Billing update for new Patrons joining today and forward (nothing changing for you!)

Starting today, new Patrons will be charged every month on the day they joined, instead of strictly at the start of the month. That will fix the issue of people being charged two times in quick succession if they join at the end of the month. I'm happy Patreon finally figured out how to do that haha.
I'm using this opportunity to update the prices of my tiers for new supporters, with the access to new Shelter builds available for 5$ from now on.
Nothing changes for the current Patrons. You're going to keep your tier's benefits at the monthly price you initially subscribed to until you cancel.
Actually, one thing changes for the current LVL4s. You guys are getting one extra vote in all future polls from now on! :D
