Sorry to hear that JaRon... Unfortunately, we work with PCs, I only have an old Mac laptop I bought used to test the Mac versions. So we are not like Mac experts to any degree. The solutions we find is pretty much by searching online or by asking Mac users for help by sharing the solutions they found for their particular system (like the Catalina thing we have in our "How To"). The archive itself runs fine on our machine and apart yourself, we have not received any reports regarding this issue. Do you have the possibility to try and run the archive on another machine? Did you try to maybe do a fresh download? Unlikely, but maybe something went wrong during the download.
