Are you all doing okay lately? I’ve been back to eating cleaner, and now that I have my new bed, it seems like my back pain has gone away. I’ve even been able to sleep better at night, so I’m feeling pretty good all things considered! Physically anyway

I’ve been trying to be more productive over the day, doing stuff such as drawing, but it’s certainly easier said than done. However I’m gonna try my best to make progress! It’s all about making conscious decisions. I’ll be on the right track!
