Being used as a footrest can be hard depending on what kind of shoes the Mistress is wearing, for this footrest his life is going to be super hard with Ms Valentina wearing her heavy duty thick dock martin boots that is just resting casually on his face and nose. Ms Valentina does work out and she often presses down with her strength of her legs not really knowing that is doing that but the footrest can feel it. It gets worse for him when she starts to lean on the side of her boot back and forth as it becomes such a natural thing to do when she is doing her work. For the footrest this is hell as her heavy boots not just crushing his lips but the movement of the boots leaning to the side just adds more pain to what he is already feeling. Ms. Valentina though just cares that she is comfortable with her footrest and that is all it matters to her.
