Reminder about pledge timeframes
Added 2018-04-30 18:47:38 +0000 UTCWith the contributors release of v4 coming up very soon now, I thought it was important to mention the way Patreon handles processing of pledges. For a lot of Patreon creators, including me, the only option is that pledges will be processed at the first of every month. If you sign up on May 2nd, for example, your pledge will not process/become active until June 1st at the earliest.
To cut down on scammers/fraud (individuals who pledge, access all protected Patreon posts, and then drop their pledge before it can be charged), tier rewards can only be accessed through the taiganet.com forums.
I realize this is inconvenient, but Patreon does not offer me any way to make it so your pledge will be processed as soon as you sign up to support this project here on Patreon, you will unfortunately have to wait until the first of the next month for it to process.
Speaking of that, it is currently April 30th, and tomorrow is May 1st, so if you are on the fence about possibly supporting this project, today is a great day to do so.
