we conducted a round of bookkeeping and those whose payment was processed successfully received an extension of the subscription for +1 month.
those who have not yet renewed their subscription - you probably joined us later than January 03. It turned out that Subscribestar accepts payments with a cycle of 30 days, but not on the first day of the month, as Patreon does ... but from the date of the first payment. We have not yet figured out how to interact with this scheme.
Ideally, perhaps Subscribestar will give us the opportunity to accept all payments in the first days of the month. We voiced such a request to them recently. But - if this turns out to be impossible .. in this case, everyone whose payment has been processed successfully can either write us a message and then we will renew the subscription manually ... or just wait until the first days of the month. And then the renewal of the subscription will happen automatically in any case.
Nevertheless, we hope for the first option that is more familiar to all of us, but I hope the second option will not be a critical problem.
