We've been dealing with them with the help of the Chinese community, and if you see somebody attacking you or other players, hide them and report to our moderators (their contacts are specified on both Help and About pages of the game).

2021-02-11 11:07:48 +0000 UTCcould you guys make a statement about the recent influx of racism towards Chinese players on the 18+ server since ponytown became trending on douyin? there has been a large spike of racism around the game, from racist ponies to just general racism in public chat. ponytown is a game about community but seeing this is incredibly disheartening.
