BFP v0.6.8 changelog and further dev plans

I'm now (mostly) back from vacation (as in I'm home and done travelling, but haven't yet gone back to my job), and work will proceed a bit faster.

What's missing from the release, and future plans for it

You will notice that the changelog doesn't include the step by step debug / log file generation that I was planning to build. That is because I didn't have enough time to do it, and I chose to focus on actual content for this release.

I am planning to make this logging feature more central for the next release. Why though, since it's supposed to be a debug thing? Well, because I think i can make it work for actually saving and replaying all matches, and for being able to share them. As such, it would end up being an extension to the current Gallery.

New actions and combat loops

The behind / prone actions that I've added close one of the major combat loops in the game.

What I mean by combat loops is actual fighting positions categories that in general use their own particular set of transitions and I can then use to generate more content for in an easier way (without the overhead of massive transitions).

Let's take the standing face to face combat loop. This consists of the face off animations, the hits, the genital attacks, the hair grabbing and kissing and so on. None of the actions in this category need any additional transitions.

Another combat loop would be the standing body to body set of actions. From bearhugging to the mutual insertion, to get to them they all pass through the grabbing transition, and end with either the push back transition, or in some cases with a transition to another combat loop (e.g. throwing to the ground transition to missionary).

Other combat loops include the standing behind combat loop, the missionary combat loop, the behind prone combat loop (that I've just added). Combat loops that I haven't yet gotten around to implementing consist of kneeling face to face actions (e.g. test of strength, hits, genital attacks while kneeling face to face), followed by sitting sexfight actions (e.g. tribbing, seated mutual insertion, etc.), and likely a bunch of others.

Each new combat loop unlocks a bunch of actions, and makes them easier to develop, as, once (most) transitions are out of the way, the work goes into the action animations themselves.

As such, the behind prone combat loop will unlock various other actions, like e.g. doggy fucking, dominant hair pull fucking, nelson fucking, etc.

The adult/nsfw games scandal

Well, censorship is a slippery slope. I think rules need to be clarified and dependable / non arbitrary. The game isn't directly affected by the current crackdown at this point. It got delisted from Itch.io for a while, like a lot of other adult games, but has now been reinstated. While hidden, I saw traffic levels drop (as expected), and my guess is that it did affect the bottom line. My sincere hope is that something good will come out of the current debate. We'll see.

Hopefully. Titfights are a bit tricky, since the size of the boobs can vary a lot, and it can lead to quite bad clipping or things happening up in the air. But I'll do my best
