Dev log: plans for the next build
Added 2025-07-19 20:07:09 +0000 UTCFirst of all, I expect the next update will come in about 2 weeks from now. I'm travelling a bit these days, since summer vacation and things. I'm working whenever I get a chance, but I won't be able to maintain the usual rhythm. Besides that, I think taking things easy for the next couple of weeks might be good for my mental sanity as well :)
That said, there are two things I'd like to focus on for the next update:
more actions - pretty self explanatory: the game needs more animations :)
a way to log step by step debug information to a file while playing a match, that you could send over to me if you encounter bugs during that match. This is because I've had some reports over time of problems that were either a pain to reproduce (e.g. taking a lot of time to try various things), or I straight couldn't reproduce no matter what I tried. There is some extra potential here too - but it might not happen right away: logging all the actions / events in a match might make it possible to replay that match later on (e.g. in the Gallery). We'll see :)
