Added 2025-06-05 22:05:48 +0000 UTCI decided I should probably share a bit more about what's going on behind the scenes, the things I'm working on, direction, ideas, etc. I tend to post updates on Discord, but then not everyone is there. I'll also start publicly sharing changelogs whenever I release a new version.
During the past couple of days I played around with implementing first person view. I'm happy to say it works pretty great and will be available in the next release. I implemented it as part of the camera profiles, so you can switch to it easily using middle-click (profiles 4 and 5 are the first and the second character POVs respectively). You can look around using right-click + dragging the mouse (I wanted to keep it consistent with the regular third person view).

Next I'll most likely be working on adding some new animations before I release a new build next week.
