This is the second stage of the sequence "Pegging Love", which has been renamed to "Loving Anal". The concept focuses on a female sim using a strap-on on a male sim, but the animation was designed and optimized for any gender to take either role - and "pegging" didn't seem quite as accurate. In M/F pairs, though, it will default to females penetrating.
Both the previous stage - stage 3 - and this stage can be found under the animation name "Loving Anal".
Loving Anal x 1 stage [F/M or M/F, double bed, anal]
Note: the strap-on in the picture is by another creator (Azmodan). A Simdulgence strap-on is still planned!

I should have made that clear in my post - this file contains all exclusive animations so far. If you download it, you can delete the older exclusive animation .package.
