Game 8 - Working Progress - Page 38 + 39

- These are the rough sketches for pages thirty-eight and thirty-nine. What I wanted was time to go by and the female character is napping on the couch, she wakes up to see the main hero talking to the cat.
- Afterwards I got to work on setting up all the poses using 3D models and 3D objects, such as the couch, and the circle for page thirty-nine.
- Later on I began to draw over the 3D models with the female and male characters. Some of these poses I changed while fleshing out the sketches.
- I started outlining each panel for both pages. For page thirty-eight I wanted to try and experiment with some new erasers, so I created a slightly opened eye for the middle panel and just erased the edges around the eye.
- Eventually I added the faces, shaded, textured all five panels and added a new layer so that I could add some white above the outline layer. For the middle panel I added some manga textures and lowered the opacity so I could see the image.
- After completing page thirty-eight I added the faces for page thirty-nine. For one of the panels I decided to rough it out using a red colour, then draw over it with a different colours. At that moment I decided to use two different colours on two different layers.
- After shading and texturing page thirty-nine, I worded each panel and then added some more manga material and then I added the LVL: 2 assets for both pages.
