Game 8 - Working Progress - Page 14 + 15

- These were the original rough draft of pages fourteen and fifteen. While sketching this I wanted The Glitch to catch up to the main hero by morphing it's arms into wings and fly super fast towards the main hero. Eventually I had to change the layout and the rough sketch because I had a different idea. 

- What I ended up with was the main hero coming to a stop against a wall, then suddenly, The Glitch appears and punches a crater in a wall and the main hero dodging said punch. For drawing each panel I used a mixture of 3D models, hand drawn poses and poses that I've used before to make these panels what they are. Backgrounds were easy to create, what I did was I used a 3D floor, image assets and textures to create each background.

- Then I outlined each panel that had the main hero, at the time I only drawn the faces on two of the panels because while I was fleshing out the poses I added the faces as a place holder, I ended up liking these faces to a point where I just added them while inking them out.

- Afterwards I ended up changing the poses for the top two panels of page fifteen, I did that because the way that The Glitch was punching was awkward for me to animate, so I decided to make it punch with it's left arm rather than punching with its right. Then I decided to add some gradients for that sweet comic book feel.

- Sometime later I added more textures, manga material and more action lines for both pages, then I animated both panels for page fifteen. Before I began animating I added a rough drawing of a hand for page fourteen mostly because I didn't like that empty panel and I just wanted to add something there.

- Finally I finished off all the panels, then I worded all the sound effects and speech bubbles.
