Game 7 - Working Progress - Page 6 + 7

- This was the original idea for pages six and seven. What I wanted was a somewhat of a flashback, the girl from the previous issue is safe and now eating a burger in a bar with the person who helped her up.

- While sketching I thought I would cut some time by using some 3D objects to create a background. At that moment in time I wanted to try and create backdrops using 3D objects and elements I downloaded over a period of time.

- Then I got to work on an easy pose for page six. I roughed out a pose of the girl eating the burger, since I posed the burger in such a way that I could draw the hands can be drawn over the burger.

- This was the rough pose that's ready to be outlined. The reason why the pose is a shade of blue was so I could see my outlines a lot more clearer.

- After inking the panel I realised that it didn't really look right, so after thinking I decided to rough out some legs for the pose so that it would look like the character is sitting down cross-legged on the chair.

- Then the next step was detailing the burger to make it look like something you can eat. What I did was I used a white pen with a black boarder to make some sesame seeds on the burger, then I used the same technique to make the sauce and after it was done I shaded around the bun and plate to give it some dimension.

- After completing page six I started detailing the poses for page seven. While detailing I decided to add a soft gradient to add some colour to the background, then I added some saturated lines around the female character.

- After finishing off the outlines I decided to add some sound effects. While I was writing I decided to experiment with auto action, what this does is that it allows you to record multiple operations and run these operations in one go, since I got these effects from clip studio assets they're already recorded so I could use them for my sound effects.
