I literally just finished your HEARTSTEEL one when I saw this got uploaded, so I stopped writing my comment there to come watch this first haha. To answer your question on streaming services, yes, HEARTSTEEL and K/DA have all of their music on streaming services, and they were put out at the same time that the songs/MVs dropped on YouTube. Also, speaking of music listening, I use Spotify! I do own a few vinyls and a player too though! Madison Beer is the one who goes first with singing after Soyeon raps in the beginning, yes, and then I believe Jaira is the one mainly singing the chorus of the song with everyone else backing her up. And yeah, these MVs do not actually represent at all what the actual game of LoL looks and plays like. League is a third person overhead MOBA, meaning Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (like Smite, Pokemon Unite, Dota 2 to give examples if you're familiar with any of those). Basically, two teams of five players vs each other to take down the other team's base. Nothing wrong with that type of game, of course, but many people don't know that going into these things, so it can kinda be amusing when they think to potentially check out the game and find out it's nothing like they imagined.
