From what I remember, the people who were confessing their feelings applied to be a part of the mv, but it was a surprise for the people they were confessing to. Christmas is more of a romantic holiday in Korea, than a family holiday, so their confessions really went along with the spirit of the season. I think the mv is super adorable.
