So I don't think it was because of military. It could have been a factor to some extent, but considering the stylists, I think it's more probable that they just wanted to be themselves, be more natural as it tends to show their sincerity more.

2023-04-04 16:03:56 +0000 UTCI think they chose to stick with the natural hair colors because they're all going to the military soon, you wouldn't want to have your hair dyed when it's going to be cut off soon, it would just be a waste of dye and too much of an inconvience, and why are people questioning it so much it's literally just a hair color 😭 I didn't think people considered hair colors to be that important lmao. I'm pretty sure there's not a theory or extra hidden meaning behind their color of hair.

I just think they wanted to show their natural selves since all 4 released music about themselves, inward looks on themselves and their emotions. It comes off more sincere I think.

So far- Jin, Hobi, Joon, and Jimin are the only ones to release official solo stuff. All 4 chose to stick with natural hair coloring instead of going with some other color that might have played into the MV's or whatever. My cousin brought up an interesting theory on why all 4 chose to stick with natural hair colors- BTS tends to use natural hair coloring when the music is deeper, more personal, introspective in a way. Jin's solo song was his 'Don't worry, this is how I feel about you, ARMY. I will be back as soon as I can.' It's personal, it's about his feeling toward us. Hobi- JITB was him showing us his inner thoughts, a side of him he doesn't always show, it was personal, introspective. Namjoon- It was personal, introspective, and pure poetry so it makes sense to be all natural. Jimin- introspective and personal. He shows us what he was feeling, what he went through. A deeper look at a side of him we didn't see. As my cousin broke this down, I kind of agree that it makes sense when looking at it from this way, that so far these members chose to go with natural hair colors. Namjoon is the only one who has done full album reviews, Yoongi has done a few, but only if he feels like it. Make no mistake, none of them have to give us a breakdown of these albums, you'll notice BTS are really the only group that does this and it's because they're so active with their music. There's other groups who could do this, but for whatever reason, they don't. Least not yet. But Namjoon I think... likes talking about it, he knows we're interested in the process and that I think makes him happy that we want to know. As far as Keith's point on someone stopping them- PDogg is the lead producer for BTS, and HYBE in general. He's been working with rapline since their trainee days songs. So yes, he will give the members his input and they do take his advice.. so if Jimin got too 'maybe I should change this, or this, or maybe this.' I think Pdogg would have stepped in and told him to chill out, it was great the way it was. I'm going to brew some coffee now and continue watching the drop.
