So, I keep getting asked what Iβm eating to pack on the weight.
I make sure to start the day strong, not leaving the house/starting work without having consumed 1.5-2.5k cals π
I had two large ramen bowls of cereal this morning (About 350g of Nutrigrain and 1ltr full cream lactose free milk). Chased by (not pictured) 6 macadamia and white chocolate cookies. All up, just OVER 2.5k cals π«£.
Otherwise lunch was 4 home made pizzas on tortillas, full of chicken, pepperoni and cheese. About 1.5k cals. Now everything else past lunch is above my maintenance, and equals weight gain. π
