My Aunt sends me care packages about once a month, she sends me my favorite Korean snacks and when she makes Kimchi at home, she always makes me some- and if she hasn't had the time she'll send me some from her grocery trip. There are stores here that sell Kimchi but.. honestly my favorite is home made kimchi, it just tastes better. I've tried to make it with my cousin and sister but, I don't know... it just taste better when my Aunt makes it for some reason lol. Yeah there are many kinds of Kimchi and not all of them are spicy, but the basic Kimchi is kind of spicy, it's not too spicy though. Cheesy Kimchi fried rice is phenomenal. Kimchi buchimgae - which is like.. a Kimchi pancake pretty much, is also amazingly yummy. Oh, or if you're into like.. a salad... uh.. Bibim guksu is actually a great salad that uses kimchi. Good on warm days... or Kimchi and cold noodles. Nick you NEED to get Curt some Kimchi, it's like a rule at this point- when you watch RUN BTS, you have to have something to snack on at least. Cause these episodes will make you hungry. I loved Yoongi being a teasing/playful brat in this episode, he does that and it's funny. Jimin using that 'phone a friend' life line to call his mom, I love when they phone their parents during these. There will be more instances of phoning in their family though so keep an eye out for that. Also this episode gives you a glimpse at more 'Kim Bros' madness. The Kim line is almost always playful and just hilarious. With Jin and Tae being the actors, Namjoon just kind of plays along with whatever they want. Which leads to some amazing little skits that those 3 do... and sometimes they're musical skits lol. I'll stop rambling now, but yeah. Would love to see you guys try some more Korean foods too. Thanks for the drop💜💜
