I know when you guys did the reaction I was so proud of how much you guys got right, or close enough. I really wanted you guys to see this so you guys could see how much you got right. It was like a proud moment watching Lo get all wide eyed like be like 'We said that!' lol. With BTS it's definitely about emotional vulnerability, but also even more so sincerity. They try to be as open and honest when speaking on things. It's about the sincerity that they show, that- to me anyway, is what shines and stands out the most. To me that's also what seems to draw the most ARMYs to BTS. Yes, there's many who get invested on just the topics, or just the beats, or the cadence they have, the look of the MV's, or even BTS's physical appearance. However I think mostly it's the sincerity. Just what I've seen from ARMY over the years as more and more join. DKDKTV does well at giving the Korean prospective. I know others will say react to Bookish theories, and that channel is great for delving into the book related theories, however since BTS are Korean, it misses on a lot of Korean sayings, and things. But it's good for watching to get more detail of the books that BTS does reference. B-Free= B-Canceled lol. Yes, misinformation does get spread. There's plenty I could name lol. But there's a lot that get misconstrued or are just plain wrong. When I provide information, I do my best to make sure that everything is fact. I'm also scatterbrained sometimes, so I worry about not wording things correctly. If I'm not sure on something, I'll provide what I know of, but will say I might be wrong, and I do hope other ARMYs correct me lol. That way you guys are getting correct information. Anyways, thank you guys for the content! I'm still trying to get caught up here lol. Might not be super long essays... or there might be one or two, I don't know. Thanks again for all the work you guys do- πππ

Ive always loved hip hop music so i agree, i really hope people have looked into their inspirations and the reason why those idols mean so much to them. π Btw hoping to see your Proof live reaction soon ! its so gooooood π

2022-06-14 22:19:28 +0000 UTCMy five top Hip Hop songs are Rapper's Delight (Sugar Hill Gang), The Message (Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five), Fight the Power (Public Enemy), Me Myself and I (De La Soul), Ms. Jackson (Outkast). To tell you the truth I have a favorite for every hip hop artist I grew up listening to. It's too many to name and for a while I stopped listening to rap/hip hop and listening to BTS got me interested again in checking out all the generations of Hip Hop and Hip Hop in other countries. I think I like anything the rap line does because it reminds me of the old music with a new twist. I know I am telling my age with my choices Lol but I don't care. I'm a proud "age fine like wine" kind of lady. I always enjoy your conversations and how open you guys are and the knowledge you have about music and your craft with making movies. Thanks always.π

2022-06-14 13:58:00 +0000 UTCI don't think we wanted you to watch this because we thought you didn't get any of the references in the song - we wanted you to watch the video so you could see what references you DID and DIDN'T get. For example, that "Ddaeng" is a slang word in Korea or that it is also a word used in a game of tag in Korea. Or what "kkeut" meant. At least that's how I view it. Maybe some people were rude and were saying that you didn't get any of the references in the song. If that's the case, I can understand how that's frustrating.
