always when I see this performance ( that was part of the BTS Festa if I am not mistaken) I not just remember how lit and fire is but I also remember V crossing the stage vibbin with the song LOL...also the outfits on this performance are as iconic as the performance and song itself, so iconics that I think they were part of Hybe museum ( correct me if I am wrong please) , thank you for the reaction guys!

Produced by Suga and J.Pearl and written by Suga, RM, J-Hope, and J.Pearl.
Ddaeng was not the original name for this track, it was released on Soundcloud as Ddaeng, but during the 2018 Festa the song was revealed as 'DD Ceremony'.
DD in Korean is a form of informal chat speak. The best way to translate it would be like... it's used when you're unbothered or unimpressed with something. The only thing close to that would be like when you're texting someone and you just type back a quick 'K' instead of okay, or ok. That's kind of what it is, it's a little difficult to explain. It's written out in Korean as ㅇㅇ.
This song has a lot of cultural references and deeper meanings behind it. It's another one of BTS's songs where you really need to see the DKDKTV explained for it.
The word - Ddaeng itself has multiple meanings in Korean/Korean culture. Once you get around to the explained, you'll see why.
Also, obviously I'm going to recommend DoolsetBangtan lyrics translations, they are the best when it comes to translating songs and providing context.
As always, love the reaction, and thank you guys for the drop💜💜💜
