Now that I'm back at uni, I tend to eat dinner alone but watching these while eating makes it less lonely and it's a fun way to revisit a lot of Bangtan content as I wait for PROOF and the new era. 2022-05-11 01:27:45 +0000 UTCI was so fuck**g exciting when I saw you react to their MAMA 2016 performance! this guys is just the tip of the iceberg, is just the beginning, ALL of BTS MAMA, MMA and Melon performances are just FIRE! iconics, legendary....my only complaint is that you don't show JK's part of him suspended in the air, during this maneuver JK got an injury on one of his feet if I am not mistaken but as the professional he is he keep going, the "Fire" performance during the MAMA 2016 was awesome but personally the "Fire" performance during the Melon 2016 is way better for ME, thank you for this awesome reaction...I knew you'll love it, the rest of the performances to come will blow your mind for sure, last guys please react to their Artist of the Year winning speech on that same ceremony, it was very touching, I still remember I was crying like crazy back then lol.

First artists not from one of the 'Big 3', and also this was the win that would attract new ARMYs, and it only took off more from here. Keith, that was Jackson Wang and BamBam from GOT7. BTS's friends, and Jackson in particular has a very close friendship with Namjoon and to this day talks fondly of him and how they're still close. Usually the openers are not 'that big of a deal'. It's the ending performance that is usually seen as the Center focus of the Award show, usually EXO, BigBang.. groups like those would close out an award show like this one. I believe EXO was the group to close out MAMAs in 2016. BTS didn't open MAMAs in 2016, a lot of other performers came before them. And I think it was a collab stage that opened Mamas in 2016. I can't remember exactly. But no one expected them to win big, and yet... they did. Their stage was memorable, it was elaborate and caught a lot of attention. This also sparked a new wave of BS from antis and others who just wanted someone to hate on. Love this performance though, the guys worked hard. And winning was well deserved. Thanks for the drop. 💜💜💜
