This track is perfectly them- Yoongi and Namjoon have very different views on a lot of things, it was something that had them fighting a lot when they were still trainees. This song gives us the same problems, but two contrasting view points. They compliment each other in how they wordplay too, and Yoongi had said he knew he wanted to do something with Namjoon, he just didn't know what... and then he was putting this song together and he was struggling with some lyrics and asked for Namjoon's help, He heard what Namjoon wrote and told him he had to do it, it felt right to Yoongi. Namjoon was the only one who could do what Namjoon wrote. This song, and respect are my favorite Namgi tracks. They both are so damn talented in many ways and I personally feel these two tracks shows their talent and their friendship. I also recommend reacting to Respect, and watching their performance together- it was the most adorable and funny thing. Also- Love Mary J Blige , she's an absolute queen. Thanks again for the content drop on Yoongi's birthday💜

Yoongi said that he just throwed the question mark in this track as he's wary of voicing their biased views, but I think they lowkey had a critical eye on the system flaws, on how this world is sick. It's actually pretty rare to get a song like that these days since BTS is huge now, they are very careful with what they come out with. Here they express their concerns about the society and the loneliness that can come from having a different opinion. RM and Agust D here represent two types of people in society, those who find our world strange, and those who don’t.
