I knew Jerrick would love this one. Hobi is the sleeper rapper, lol. He gets looked over a lot because of the talent of RM and Suga but there is a reason the 3 of them are full members of the Korean Music Copyright Association. And to answer Curt's question Hobi didn't start rapping, producing, and writing until he was in BTS 💜💜💜

This song was Produce by Supreme Boi, and he also helped Hobi write this as well. I've mentioned Supreme boi before- But here's some background on him again- Supreme Boi aka Shin Dong-Hyuk is a SK rapper who was actually good friends with RM before they were trainees together at BigHit. He was in a rap group with RM back in those days. Supreme Boi was going to be in BTS, but he really just wanted to Produce and do his own thing in his own time. He wasn't up for the Idol lifestyle but he still wanted to work with the company and with his friends (BTS). I admit I was a little hesitant to look at the comment section because so many rumors have been said about him.. that started with Anti's back even in 2012... Yes, he did have one controversy over producing a song for Iron(Also was in the OG lineup for BTS), because Iron wrote some lyrics that were talking about a BDSM relationship... only he took it over the line into abuse. Because Supreme Boi produced this track, many got on him about being a woman beater and claiming a bunch of stuff that wasn't true. He also was accused of writing the lyrics but even Iron said he wrote it himself and only had Supreme boi work on the sound because he wanted him to add to what was already there by Iron. He probably should have told Iron to fuck off, but the two didn't talk after Iron got accused of abuse by his ex for the second time, and ended up serving jail time- She had more solid proof and it landed him in jail. Both Supreme boi and RM kind of stayed away from him and their old rap group since another member was also sent to jail for drug possession. This was all between 2013-2016. Supreme boi still continued to get hate, some pretend fans spreading rumors of him being fired for trash talking BTS, some started rumors of him stealing Hobi's wallet in 2017... which was hilarious because this Mixtape finished production in 2018 and was released in 2018. The rumor of him stealing Hobi's wallet surfaced again just a year ago... but Supreme boi is STILL working at BigHit, he's still a producer and writer, and he's still making more money than these people who keep spreading these rumors without thinking. I'm trying not to rant, anyway- Hobi is amazing, this mixtape is absolutely fantastic, and he really is BTS's Golden Hyung. Thanks for all the great content, once again- Happy Hobi day. 💜💜💜
